As parishioners of St. Bernard Parish we live out our Baptismal commitment through our Mission Statement:

St. Bernard community, centered in the Word of God

and the traditions of the Roman Catholic Church,

as we work for justice and live out our call to stewardship. 

We strive to:

• provide a welcoming and reverent environment that will promote full, conscious and active participation in all forms of prayer so the faith of all parishioners will be nurtured and strengthened.
•  share the good news in word and action by providing a variety of programs that are inclusive and welcoming to all members of St. Bernard and the wider community in accordance with the principles of Catholic Social Teaching.
• provide support and guidance for parishioners that enable them to use their gifts through life-long opportunities for growth and sharing the Catholic faith.
• provide an environment that engages and energizes a personal and communal relationship with God.
•  provide the vision and support necessary to ensure that we are prudent and faithful stewards of all of our parish resources, including facilities, financial resources, and our staff and lay ministers.
